Your child will not be permitted to start school
without the following documentation:
Child's Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Transfer card and State ID from previous school
Current lease with beginning and ending dates (Child
must be on the lease)
or current property tax bill or copy of deed
Current PSE&G bill (No shut-off notices)
Current telephone/Verizon bill
Parents' NJ Driver's License, passport, or Photo ID with the
current address
*** If you are currently residing with someone, they
must appear in person with you to register your
child with the above documents. You must be added on
the lease. ***
