Transferring from Parker School:
Inform the office of your new address and your
child's new school address at least 2 weeks before
his/her last day.
Your child's transfer records will consist of a
transfer card and a copy of his/her Health Record.
These forms will be available in the main office.
If your child has any overdue library books, his/her
records will not be released until we receive them
or cost of replacement.
