Unexcused Absences & Tardiness
Up to 5 tardy or absent, a letter is sent home.
Between 5 and 9 tardy or absent, a second letter is sent
home.
After 10 tardy or absent, the Truancy Officer in
the Youth Division at the Hackensack Police Department
is notified. A conference between the principal, parents
and the Truancy Officer will be arranged.
